The movie has a certain charm to it, but it left me underwhelmed. I can certainly see the influence of Tim Burton, and the opening credits are clever. I suspect the movie will gain a lot of fans who will want to see it over and over. It is not a bad movie, and in some ways a sweet movie with some really good humor. The acting is decent but perhaps I was looking for more in the way of a black comedy. Although the use of the tanning bed is hilarious. I think that it will not be too long in the future that I will completely forget this movie and in some ways that shouldn't be, as it is really not that bad.
