Don't answer the phone! But of course they always did in these popular scenarios used in so many films and tv shows, but it's always frightening and creepy.
Once again Gladys Cooper plays an old lady which I find myself relating to, like her earlier episode of Nothing in the Dark, and can unfortunately relate to other aspect, the fact I suffer from a disability myself. (Luckily have never experienced her frightening scenario) However, this is a more fantastical episode which is full of suspense and wonder with overtones of a combo of 'Sorry Wrong Number' and '.... Baby Jane'.
It kind of gives you a good reason why we have become a society that doesn't like answering phones any more haha!
