So boring

I guess film is really not an option by this work by Friedrich Hölderlin. I highly recommend to either just watch it or go to a theater and watch a live performance although this could turn out equally bad. "Black Sin" is a 40-minute movie by Danièle Huillet (also appears shortly in this film near the end) and Jean-Marie Straub from 25 years ago. These two worked together a lot and thankfully most of their other work is far superior to this short film. Really, it's basically two men talking all the time somewhere in the nature. The dialogs are far too pretentious to understand and the line delivery by one of them (the younger) is horrible and by the other mediocre. There is not a single aspect about this movie I can recommend. But one of the worst is probably the non-existing direction. Either we see mountains or we see a man from his neck down. There is basically nothing more than these 2 camera shots, always one after the other. Highly not recommended, unless you are looking for a cure for your insomnia.
