Monty Banks directs and stars in this two-reel short, filmed in the late summer of 1923 at Santa Monica Beach and at the amusement park which existed before the Depression at the foot of Mount Lowe, both in southern California, with the manic actions of the performer, whose scripts are rarely as clever as his nom de cinema, generally revolving about his typically characterized Everyman, for whom nothing seems to go right, in this case his attempts to win the heart of a maiden fair.
