CROC: LEGEND OF THE GOBBOS

The level designs, music, characters and sprites, and concept make for a great game. The controls take a bit of mastering but once you've got them down you'll find them more flexible than they're often given credit for.

Make no mistake, this is a difficult game to complete but it's worth the exploration and I think in dire need of an update.

My favourite childhood video game

I remember I playing this game for the first time on Sony PS1 in early 1998 when I was a kid. I never beat it on Sony PS1 as a kid but I eventually beat it on Sony PS2 in summer 2004 when I was fourteen years old. It's a great game. The music is catchy and the graphics look very good but the controls are kinda bit awkward and the camera controls can be very frustrating and confusing sometimes. I always loved that game.

It came out in late 1997. It was developed by a British video game developer Argonaut Software (then Argonaut Games; sadly Argonaut Games went out of business in late 2004 due to their liquidation) and published by Fox Interactive (also sadly Fox Interactive went out of business in 2006 after it was sold to Vivendi Universal Games which is now known as Activision Blizzard by Fox in spring 2003).

I wonder if this game should be remastered anytime in the future.

Warning: Spoilers
It's pretty boring.

Would not waste the time or money to get it.

Get Gex 2 & 3 or Hot Shots Golf over this.
