Jennah is a South Asian Moslem who works as a reporter for a Vancouver paper. Whenever the police have a crime to work in the South Asian community, they call on Jennah.
We learn in the first few minutes that a person has been turned to ash inside a pizza oven. The store is owned by South Asians so Jennah is called in.
Complicating Jennah's pursuit on the murder case we also learn that his wife is a nurse. She is confronted with a medical mystery but Jennah is too busy to help her.
This film is populated with a wide range of colorful characters from all walks of life. It is very enjoyable.
I gave it a nine.
