Lloyd French could grind these out in ten minutes.
horn-513 June 2006
Or in fifteen minutes if he moved the camera. Or thirty minutes if he had Edwin DuPar move his camera twice.

This one, directed by French and not Joseph Henabery (who was just as fast), and shot in Vitaphone's Brooklyn studio, features the versatile Clyde Lucas Orchestra, with Lyn Lucas on the vocals and the dance team of Rosalean(female) & Seville(male).

Numbers played, sung and danced to include "Night Over Shanghai," "Body and Soul," "Whistling Cowboy" and the highly-novel (since the camera does move twice) "When the Circus Comes to Town," all wrapped up in a tidy ten minutes in this entry of Vitaphone's "Melody Master" series.
