Bam Margera has left rehab again and he reportedly is not in contact with his parents.
Bam previously fled court-ordered rehab twice in Florida after expressing dissatisfaction with his accommodations. More specifically, he was allegedly unhappy at the lack of celebrity treatment he received.
The skateboarder, who became a prominent figure after appearing on Jackass and Viva La Bam, has struggled with addiction issues over the years.
Things went from bad to worse for Bam last year when he failed to meet the contractual requirements demanded of him to appear in the Jackass movie and got fired from the film. Although Bam ultimately filed a lawsuit and settled with Jackass producers, he has been in rehab for an extended period.

More than 20 years ago, MTV debuted a little show late at night featuring a collection of gnarly dudes doing stupid stunts and pranking one another. That series, "Jackass," went on to be a global phenomenon, so far spawning four theatrically released films, the spin-off films of "Bad Grandpa," a handful of straight-to-video sequels, several spin-off shows including "Wildboyz," "Viva la Bam," and "Homewrecker," and more. The antics of a group of skateboarders and professional knuckleheads became an indelible part of pop culture. The road has been hard, and it has been long, but the cast members of "Jackass" have plenty of...

Being able to boast that a franchise has lasted over two decades is impressive, but considering the world of "Jackass" requires putting the body, mind, arrest record, and stomach on the line at every turn, it's a damn miracle that everyone's favorite comedy stuntmen are still up to their usual shenanigans after all these years. The MTV series debuted in 2000 for three seasons but turned into an entertainment franchise including spin-offs "Wildboyz," "Viva La Bam," "Homewrecker," "Bam's Unholy Union," "Dr. Steve-o," "Bam's World Domination," "Bam's Bad Ass Game Show," a video game, TV specials (including Shark Week) five feature films, and the...

In several disturbing (and since deleted) videos posted to his Instagram last week that were then picked up by TMZ, “Jackass” star and skateboarder Bam Margera lashed out at the production of the latest installment of the franchise, saying he was being cut out of the movie and that they were stealing his ideas.
Margera, a “Jackass” star since its MTV inception in 2000, also claimed that during the production, he had to submit to breathalyzer and urine tests, and that his medications were being mandated by Paramount, the studio behind the movie. Margera appeared to be inebriated in the videos, the first of which began with him saying, “Who the fuck cares if I’m drunk as hell or not anymore? ‘Jackass’ has put me through fucking hell on fucking wheels for the past year and a half.”

It’s been nine years since The Hangover and we still consider the guys to be our three-best-friends-that-anyone-could-have — but there is one major person in the Wolfpack who we haven’t seen in a while. No, not you, fat Jesus... we're talking about Carlos! Would you be able to spot baby Carlos (aka Tyler) today? Let’s be honest: Baby Carlos was in the movie more than Doug, but somehow he’s uncredited. Seriously, Wth? Well, as it turns out, there was actually eight different babies who played baby Carlos in the original movie. Grant Holmquist, who played a majority of the role (58%), shared the screen with his twin sister, Avery, who stepped in 40% of the time— leaving the other babies to make up the difference. (Photo Credit: Warner Bro. Pictures) Being the only boy out of the eight babies, Grant regained his title as Carlos (aka Tyler) in the...

Bam Margera has seen a lot of crazy stunts pulled during his career as a "Jackass" star. But even he was shocked last week when the "Viva La Bam" star was woken up in the middle of the night by a naked woman standing over his bed.
The 32-year-old Margera dialed 911, but in a bizarre twist, as he spoke with dispatchers, the nude intruder dropped to the floor of the West Chester, Pa., home and started to masturbate, according to TMZ.
The woman, identified as 24-year-old Amanda Lanise Vadis Myers, woke Margera up by kissing his neck, and at first he thought she was his girlfriend.
"I look up and see a shadow of a girl who's naked, I'm like who are you?" Margera told NBC10. "I never thought I'd be scared of a 30-year-old naked woman! But I was, I didn't know what she was capable of," he said.

Budget horror knows no bounds with Treasure Chest of Horrors II. This new volume offers a bevy of schlock that may be as good as the first volume. In terms of star power, past Penthouse Pet of the Month (2009) Veronica Ricci gets the honour of introducing this anthology as Mona Screamalot. The first volume had Percival Pirate (Paymon Seyedi) introducing pieces while looking for his grandfather’s hidden treasure chest. But in what opens up in the second volume might perk some eyes if Ricci starts to undress. As for whether or not that is enough, what this new volume offers still remains to be seen. Production has wrapped and the team is looking for distribution deals to bring this new set of shorts to the masses. Directors Doug Waugh, Shawn C. Phillips, and Alex Powers have created a set of tales involving killers of all ages and a strangeness that only they can create.

A lot of people view their co-workers as being a kind of extended family. Here at MTV, though, the madmen of "Jackass" really are part of our gang. They've taken over our studios, filled our prime time with outrageous spin-off programs and used their original half-hour show as a launchpad to worldwide fame.

This year we lost some of our brightest stars: artists that spanned the genres of rock, hip-hop and pop, as well as TV and film. They were at different stages in their careers — some just starting to rise, others already legends — but all left a distinct mark on pop culture, and their deaths affected us deeply.
Beloved hip-hop icons Nate Dogg and Heavy D influenced the generations of artists who followed them. Nate (born Nathaniel Hale) died at age 41 after suffering several health setbacks related to a stroke. One of the key players in the birth of the West Coast G-Funk sound, the crooner's silky smooth vocals touched classic tracks from Snoop Dogg and Warren G to 50 Cent and Ludacris.
