Disappointing!

I was somewhat disappointed in this. But let's start positively. There is a lot of early footage of the Stones performing in front of various audiences in England, Europe and the U.S. (don't think Canada is in there). It's really surprising (or maybe not) how chaotic these concerts looked – chairs being tossed, people charging the stage... There are some interesting interviews with an assortment of people – from blues performers to producers. It started well enough – introducing the main band members and how they met. From there on it coasted downhill. It does mention how "the establishment" was trying to frame the Stones with trumped up drug charges.

It's only one hour in length. Surely this is not enough to capture the Stones in the Sixties, there most potent era when most of their great songs were made. It doesn't even mention some of their greatest hits like "Sympathy for the Devil", "Gimme Shelter", "Paint it Black"... It's like this documentary was TV customized – let's have each decade for one hour. No fair I say!! Worse yet, there is hardly any of the music of the Stones. There are only short interviews or snippets of Mick and Keith.

Pretty strange so not many viewers of it. This good stuff. It is not unfortunately ptetty much exactly process work in a studio, brief bio and rest of it dedicate phenomena of how they did it so long. P.S New for me it is that the dust brothers guys were involved in process creating Bridge of Babylon.
