I caught the second to last episode on the Outdoor Life Network. It was captivating. It is the extreme Eco-challenge. The individuals combat not only their disabilities but their esteem issues that every individual encounters. Their stories are interesting. They all take on this challenge with no previous extreme challenge experience. Their mental strength while enduring pain is humanizing. The landscape is breathtaking. It shows what the body can achieve if can believe it. This is not your typical survivor/amazing race type of show. Everyone should see this show in that it makes you realizes that the everyday challenges are not so overwhelming.
