Archie is complaining about lack of law and order while in his bar and two new guys ask him to join their organization.
The organization turns out to be a chapter of the Ku Klux Klan, called Kweens Kouncil Of Krusaders here. You would think this would be another heavy dramatic and depressing episode but surprisingly this is one of the funnier ones of Season 8. It starts with a blackout (which actually happened in July 1977 in NYC) and Archie and Mike have some funny arguments about looting. We meet the KKK guys played by Roger Bowen (he was Henry Blake in the movie version of "MASH", as well as the stuffy boss in the sitcom "Arnie") and Dennis Patrick (he was the shady salesman in an earlier episode "Archie's Contract" and appeared opposite Peter Boyle in film "Joe" ).
