I don't care about these two guys trying to get DJ, i honestly prefer Nelson, he's more funny and more likable character to me. Viper is a terrible character we never learn almost anything about this dude, I guess you could say the same about Nelson, but this is easily a filler episode in season 8, which I guess pretty much all of season 8 is but there is some good ones. This whole story arch of her having to choose is one of the worst in the show.

I love these love triangles. Things heat up and it is always a mystery over who she will choose. With both guys doing their best to win her, quality rises.
Viper wants space and breaks up with DJ. She confides to Nelson and they start dating again. Things with Nelson this time around are much better. Then Viper wants DJ back, even writing a song for her. Nelson gets Frankie Valli to perform. Who will she choose?
Meanwhile, the family and neighbourhood work to rebuild a heavily vandalized playground.
I just love everything this has to offer. All way played out perfectly.
