Guest starring Titos Vandis as Col. Andropolis

Warning: Spoilers
Greek actor Titos Vandis guest stars as Col. Andropolis in Private Charles Lamb, and it's hard to believe this episode debuted 50 years ago, wow half-a-century, and it lives on. I'm a huge M*A*S*H fan although for me it's season four onwards which I'm more of a fan of. Talking of which, when this episode debuted, M*A*S*H was riding high in the ratings, and who would have thought that by the end of season three you would have the abrupt departure of McLean Stevenson and Wayne Rogers, which pretty much changed the trajectory of M*A*S*H from season four onwards. But that's what happened and the rest if history.

These guys have more parties than you can shake a stick at. Now it's the Greeks who are grateful and want to celebrate Greek Easter and have the celebration at the 4077th. The main dish is lamb and, of course, Radar meets the main course and sets about saving it. He tricks Henry into pardoning the little guy. Talk about stupid. The second plot is a soldier with a self-inflicted wound who could be court martialed and put in prison. He confesses to Frank, thinking he is a priest. Fortunately, nothing ever happens when Frank makes threats. Everything ends with a party and Frank even has a good time. I know some will think this is the cutest thing but it really detracts from what could be an edgy series.
