There is some humor here, but this one didn't do so much for me. George becomes a hero when he dives into a frozen lake to save a couple of kids. He decides not to let anyone know because there was a guy who died after finding a potato that looked like Clint Eastwood. The caption: Go ahead. Bake my day. After everyone finds out, George is king for a day. He ends up on Dicks TV show competing with a tiresome little girl who was working for NASA. All the callers want to talk to her and she has no trouble obliging. Like so many heroic deeds that really matter, we want the fluff and not the heroism.

George saves two kids from icy waters but does not want it to be publicized.
One of the best Season 3 episodes and a good spotlight for George. At first George doesn't want it known but Dick reveals the truth when the town crazy takes credit. Michael wants George to be on Vermont Today but changes his mind when a school girl has a great science project for NASA. Funniest scene is when Dick is forced to have both George and the girl on his show, he gets annoyed with people calling in and not asking George questions.
