Part 3. Great!!
JeffreyRex4 September 2007
This episode is a great start, of season 2.

Not only is it much better,(In my opinion)than all of the episodes from season 1, but when i see this episode i think of the extremely good Stargate SG-1 episodes.

In the SG-1 seasons, it does just like Atlantis, for example season 1 ends so good(In my opinion)so the fans can't wait for the next season to begin.

This episode puts the greatest of SG-1, together with the Pegasus galaxy, the brilliant writers for this episode have done a good job.

Before this second season, i had a lot of questions about what was going to happened, after part one and part two of the siege, and this episode answers a lot of those questions, and keep you wanting for more.

The Siege Part 3-Watch it!!!!

The Ford situation...
rcsipe29 January 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This would have been a 9 if there were any common sense applied to the lieutenant Ford situation. He was attached to a wraith that was killed and which allowed him to live face down on the surface of the ocean for at least an hour. That was after falling what looked like hundreds of feet. He then shows extra human strength and rage far beyond anything he's shown before toward a doctor. Once he's calmed down he isn't put in restraints and they just leave a guard at the door. Are you kidding me? You deserve whatever comes next. I stopped to write this review after thinking this and then watching it to come true fruition. I don't know just how bad it will get. He has one black eye. Not like you're thinking, his actual Iris and pupil are solid black. He should be strapped to a gurney in a cell. Anyone he injures or kills is on dr weir. Can't stand unrealistic stuff just to make it fit and plot line. It doesn't fit if it makes no sense. You've had just a few months of interaction with The wraith and one of your people has been pumped full of their venom with surprising and new effects, the results of which are unknown, and you just put him in the infirmary, like he's got a cold?!

Its pretty cool.

Warning: Spoilers
This part is actually cool, we see the Deadalus coming in action and we get to see it quick some Wraith buts... plus, Maj. Sheppard is not dead after what happened on ''The Siege Part II''. Lt. Ford takes a bad turn when he is attacked by a Wraiht and he turns into some sort of weird mutant addicted to a Wraith drug that a Wraith inject when he is feeding. At the end the Wraith are even convinced that Atlantis is destructed, so they wont bother the expedition anymore. And what else... Oh yeah! They get a ZPM. With the ZPM, they get a lot of promises. Not only can they get the shield up and running, but they get a whole lot of systems online whit the ZPM in the power grid.

This episode made me stop watching Atlantis
tomasajdari7 January 2024
Warning: Spoilers
When SG-1 needed to revive someone, they used a teleporter attached to an extremely powerful AI to piece that person back atom by atom.

Here, they let a grenade explode close to a soldier, with the explosion breaking a metal railing. Now, this soldier falls 100m+ into an ocean and then he sinks to the bottom some 500 m deep. For an hour. And he's in fighting shape just a day later because of some "Wraith enzyme" because he was being fed on by a Wraith during that time...

Sorry, this is just complete nonsense.

The Wraith were willing to spam the galaxy with recon drones yet they were fooled by cloaking Atlantis. Even though they were at war with the Ancients for 100 years and knew that they had cloaking technology. This is just complete nonsense. Hire better writers.
