One of my favourite TWW episodes, not least for Toby's emotionally unravelling after the death of his brother.
I have always had a love/hate relationship with the Toby character. Quite often than not he is rude, arrogant, belligerent, needy and self-righteous. But there are times when he shows his genuine human side, his vulnerabilities, doubts and weaknesses. And this episode underlines the latter facets perfectly.
I did think the "fight" between Josh and Toby in the latter's office was a little too over cooked, but I guess there are times when Toby can wind people up to the extent where they just can't help themselves and blow up in an expression of vented frustration/anger.
Nevertheless, Richard Schiff does an outstanding job here, not least for showing us how deeply complex the Toby character really is.
