In this episode, Gervase makes some very offensive comments to women, and that becomes the highlight of the episode. But he is able to B. S. himself out of the situation enough to pin the blame on his closest ally Joel, who becomes the final pre merge boot. The comment in question is when he calls woman the stupidest things in the planet, aside from cows. While when I heard that, I had a small hint of respect for the fact that he had the balls to say this, it shows that he has no social self awareness and that he doesn't really care about what other people are thinking. Which in general, in a game like this, is a very bad personality trait, and shows why he was never going to win this season, despite escaping elimination.
