Beavis and Butthead see an advert for beer which has no restrictions and one that can be enjoyed as much as you like as it is non-alcoholic and you don't even need to be over 21 to buy it. 21 being the legal age to buy and consume alcohol in the USA, where as it is 18 in the UK.
They set off down to the local shop to buy some where they encounter a few problems until they shop assistant realises it is non-alcoholic and then when they go to sit down to drink it, they have similar problems with a police officer.
It is quite a funny episode overall because it just goes to show what the police officer thought of them afterwards was correct.
