I really did not understand this episode at all. Despite that there were a couple of interesting and funny moments but not too many of them.
I think what happened was Beavis and Butthead upset Earl when Butthead tried to hit Beavis with a folk and he basically scowled at them and brandished a gun, they are shocked but then they see a programme where they were talking about disguises. They quickly disguise themselves and go to school.
They pretend to be foreign exchange students and quite badly but Van Dreissen seems to believe them. After someone outside seems to be firing at Earl, Van Dreissen tells him to hand over his gun.
Earl is grateful with the disguised Beavis and Butthead at not being set up (but I don't know why) and says he will let them live. At that point they reveal their true identity and that's it.
I really don't fully get it, maybe others will.
