- TriviaThe character "Victor", voiced by Jeff Bergman, is very obviously an impersonation of Alan Alda.
- GoofsIn the Cheetos Cheetah cutaway gag, the cheetah mispronounces Rush's drummer's name. Neil Peart's last name is actually pronounced like "piert", but he pronounces it like "pert."
- Quotes
Cheetos Cheetah: There is no fuckin' drummer better than Neil Peart.
- Alternate versionsIn the TV version of the episode, Peter's narration during "Steel Vaginas" stated that Vageena Hertz died from an "angry hymen". In the DVD version, Vageena's cause of death is changed to "rotten vagina".

too many woody allen refences to mention
"Chick cancer" is definitely a homage to one of America's most creative minds: Woody Allen.
There are numerous scenes in this episode that either mimic or parody scenes from Woody Allen movies. The scene where Stewie and Olivia are "people watching" is drawn directly from Annie Hall,
the part where they are looking at the Brooklyn Bridge from the park bench is from Manhattan, and Olivia's love interest is a perfect imitation of the character "Lester," played by Alan Alda, from Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Anybody who knows Woody will love this episode sprung from the creative mind of Seth MacFarlane.
