the suspense pisses me off
todd_holiday19 July 2007
Recently I have become a HUGE die-hard fan of this series, especially after season 5, and then this season came and the first few episode gave me good promise. Then came the disappointments. I gotta say, I had a lot of letdowns in this season that really made me loose faith is Scrubs, comedy wise, cohesion wise, just about everything, just too much bad writing, and the missing X factor that is the true brilliance that makes this show what it is. But the final few episodes completely restored that and really topped it of with these last two. This is such a great episode, this and the last one, because they are both pared together, but the suspense is killer. All I can say is I can't wait to see the next season. The only show that has left me with as much suspense as this is Weeds, another AMAZING SHOW.

Why are we even doing this?

Warning: Spoilers
I dont think its controversial to say that season six of scrubs feels all over the place. Some episodes are really good and feel that they have a lot to them like the musical episode and the Laverne send off episode, but others are just so god awful that you cant help but wonder what the hell the writers are thinking. Like is anyone really rooting for JD and Elliot at this point? What is the point of wrapping up this season, which was supposed to be the series finale till they got renewed, with this stupid ship that comes out of no where? They havent had any romantic tension since the last time JD dumped Elliot (for no real reason might I add) and it just feels that the only time JD ever has any romantic feelings for Elliot is when he knows he cant have her. Its super weird and creepy like how last time he only convinced her to dump whats his face because she was getting really serious with him and then when she did choose JD he just dumped her and now that she got engaged he just decides that he is in love with her again.

Also the way that they are dealing with Kim is just super gross. Like I get that it wasnt right for her to lie but the way that she is being treated is just really cruel. Like why should I feel bad for JD when he has shown time and time again to be a terrible partner, especially when Kim is in a very scary situation while in a competitive job that treats pregnant women terribly.

Like the fact that JD and Elliot are implied to then cheat on their partners just prove how much of scumbags they are right? Why should I care about them? Just cause they are the main characters? It seems that the writers think that the main cast can do no wrong despite all of the horrible crap that they pull all the time, like how Cox just decided to ruin Elliots ideas about getting married for literally no reason and how Carla thinks its ok to bully a pregnant woman because she hurt her friends feewings.

I feel that this show just forgot that these are supposed to be likeable characters that we want to root for. Its ok to have characters that are bad people, Sunny in Philadelphia for example has a cast thats full of scumbags. But the difference is is the plot acknowledges that they suck and doesnt let them get away with whatever. This show on the other hand seems convinced that the cast can basically do no wrong so they can continue to treat each other and everyone else like crap and theyll just get away with it.

Also this season is sexist as hell if I hear one more stupid joke that essentially is "women be crazy amirite" I will personally go back to 2007 and strangle all the writers myself.
