Ellen gets Tom to check Patty's apartment and he finds blood that was missed. This happens at the end. Meanwhile, some big events take place in flashback. Ellen is treated like crap by her boss. She continues to talk to Moore who warns her. Frobisher is prepped for the deposition. At the same time, his wife is planning to file for divorce. The depositions go well until Patty lowballs him. She is aware of the divorce proposal. When Ellen goes over her head, Patty fires her on the spot. Ray is in an awkward place because he knows things that are dangerous. Really tight episode.
