Love this show! Jimmy Perez & his team work in seamless flow to solve this case. Plus, we have the added challenge of Jimmy's father who has dementia. Once again there's a jigsaw of a crime to solve & the twists & turns of the story keep us on our toes! It took me awhile to realize who Donna is from past season. I may have to go back & watch that one to remember what happened! One of the things I love about Shetland is that they're a pleasure to watch again. The scenery is absolutely stunning!

How in the heck can't theses bumbling detective not find murdered when they are in an island?? The new Chief asst constable is also a moron. She is a bumbling moron just like the other assistant Chief inspector. No one would arrest people if they don't have guns, the criminals would just shoot them and get away as smart as these morons are. I liked the previous seasons but this season is showing how dumb they are.

The writers made Sandy do something really stupid -- following a suspect alone, never calling in, walking what looked like miles from where he leaves his car (on a beach; guess no tides there? He sort of deserved what he got.
