I've seen this episode of LazyTown quite a number of times and it's the second episode Robbie disguises himself as another one of the LazyTown characters (after he pretended to be Sportacus) also this is similar to the Secret Agent Zero episode as well.
When he had the kids in ice-cream wheelie stand it wasn't a good idea if the day was hot heat inside enclosed places.
This episode has its funny moments, Robbie dancing "It's great to be the mayor" and there's a bit of a good moment with Milford Meanswell and Bessie team up in teaching the fake mayor a lesson.
Obviously, I don't think there's much I put into my review of this episode, pretty much an average rating.
