I attended the debut of this film at the State Theater in Kalamazoo on January 2nd. First of all the wait was irritating, How can we wait an hour to see a movie at the premier. Once the movie began we were treated to solid performances from the whole cast. I have so say though the movie started slow. I could have cared less about Lexibaby and Johnny and how dysfunctional they were.
I did like the film as a whole and it's pacing is very good. Character Development is great along with the blues brother tattoos and fight club poster how can you go wrong. The movie is going along great and then our of nowhere it ends. You see a struggle for a gun then you need to remember that Johnny is dead in the first seen. The Bald headed dude is then alone and the coke whore is knocked up. We assume that Mr. Clean maybe in prison for shooting Johnny and when the paramedic/coke head was banging Mrs. Clean she got knocked up. A little information would have been good about what actually happened.
Don't take my comments wrong. this is a very good movie and I recommend everyone see it.
