Violence & Gore
- A man gets injured badly in an explosion, which results in him having to get surgery. Graphic details of the injuries are shown.
- An man is shown decapitated at a crime scene. This death happens offscreen though.
- Robin's death might upset some.
- In one ending, three characters die in an explosion. We see their partially muscled charred bodies. Very intense
- In every scenario, Black Mask is killed in a variety of ways. In the Hush version, he is ignited on fire, flies out a window, lands on gasoline truck, and explodes. In Red Robin, he is decapitated by a door, with blood on the wall as his eyes start to sink. In Red Hood's Reckoning, he is sliced in half down the middle with glass, and both halves fall down.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In one ending, Red Robin is about to die until either he is saved or he is spared to live out his regret
- In another ending, Red Hood has to fight a resurrected Batman. If you pick for Red Hood to try to kill Batman, Talia, Red Hood, and Batman die violently in an explosion. (More in violence and gore) If you pick for Red Hood to try to save Batman, the Bat-family tries to recover Batman's sanity, and Red Hood quits his vigilantism
