Very Good

Warning: Spoilers
Still liking this series a lot as I have watched SVU since I was a kid now adult. I would say that the swat team just leaving is a bit weird and wouldn't happen in real life but again it's a tv show and needs some suspenseful moments. Hope to see more cross over events with Benson and Tutuola.

Realism

Warning: Spoilers
Damn, Gina's really dead. I thought for sure they were going to pull the 'ol fake out card based on the way the previous episode ended. As sad as I was that her character was really gone, it was realistic.

I wasn't super invested in Izak's character, but I did think that was going to last longer.

And the scene with Wheatley and his wife... While I could have done without, I do feel that it helped continue to set this Law & Order franchise show apart from all of the rest.

The writers aren't afraid to kill off anyone and/or have the bad guy be one of the most vile, yet entertaining characters on television. And Stabler... he's still Stabler, thank god. I'm excited to see his partnership grow with Sargent Bell.

Amazing end for Wheatley!

This was an interesting episode!

I can say that it was and incredible experience.

Elliot and his team made an excellent job and all worked together to catch this Wheatley guy.

I congrats all the characters for making this serie great and worth to watch it.

I also love the part when Ms. Wheatley asks to talk with her ex husband and this guy literally tranforms into another different person. This actor performance an excellent job, almost make you believe that his really mentally ill.

Awesome episode with a great end that you'll enjoy.

To the reviewer who doubts a second season, it has already been renewed and will be part of three Law & Orders on Thursdays.

Warning: Spoilers
I've loved OC so far, but this was the strongest and most suspenseful episode to date.

I'm also loving how both OC and SVU are really showcasing the bond and relationship between Benson and Stabler. That last scene? *chefs kiss*

Depth
yazguloner-1929613 June 2021
The theatrical, the depth intense situations that I mentioned for the 6th episode were exactly what I wanted in this episode, About Gina and Weatley Jr. It was a gripping episode.

Grit and Gristle

Stabler is back and in fine form. Still in pretty good shape for the occasional foot pursuit. Little social engineering this episode and putting away the bad guys is back front and center. This is how a police procedural should be done, after all that is why we tune in.

Warning: Spoilers
This show is not perfect, but it is peaking at the right time. This is organized crime and mob behavior done well and is a refreshing change of pace from most Dick Wolf shows.

Unnecessary visual

Warning: Spoilers
I really could have done without the visual of Richard Wheatley getting a hummer from his wife. Totally unnecessary and frankly, disgusting.

L&O: Organized Crime goes off the rails
cpotato101028 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
It seems they have lost touch with reality.

The SWAT pulls out of backing a major drug kingpin takedown? Without at least consulting some higher-up brass?

Stable and Bell question Richard in the holding cell, in hearing of the other suspects? No interrogation rooms were available? That likely violates all kinds of regulations.

I will give them props for attempting to show how they would track Wheatley and the gang to maintain surveillance in real-time, but some of it seemed a little far-fetched.

The previous episodes have been getting more and more uneven. It will be interesting on how they wrap up this arc next episode, but if this trend continues, it may make a second season less likely.

The Brazilian Portuguese mystery
autexousious29 May 2021
The episode was well paced but I still need to understand why make a character speak Brazilian Portuguese when it's obvious not the actor's language? It was awkward and I had to rewatch it a couple times in order to even get what she was trying to say.
