Hate the headmistress
dannylee-7808211 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Ugh worse than Groff because he was painstakingly funny at times but she strikes me as a very unlikeable character.

Scene with Isaac and Maeve was quite well filmed and erotic. Guess we won't see Maeve Otis for a long time.

Good flow!
AyonSahaa19 September 2021
A good flow to the series. Nice storytelling. Some broken heart and some joined heart. I liked the chemistry of Otis and Ruby. Wish to see them together more.

Another thing, I thought that the headmistress character is going to be cool and good. But now I think I was may be wrong. Let's see what happens. Moordale students are now going on a study tour.

Seriusly??

I don't know what the intended message is. The times between one person and another to "love" are not necessarily the same, if there is affection between them, the rest comes alone.

Why is issac still here?
damius-3835720 September 2021
You can skip all his scenes this season and you miss nothing. He's a terrible character and his story is painfully unbelievable and uninteresting. It's so seperate, why is he still apart of this show? Did they not hear all the negative feedback from last season about him? They're forcing it down our throats and we don't want it.

Netflix'd once again
blackrivercz25 September 2021
The show can still be light and fun, but it slowly devolved from a relatable college comedy to a political statement, as things often do on Netflix.

Many storylines feel pointless, boring and needlessly dramatic, not to mention complete unbelievable. Ruby, Adam, Isaac, Maeve's mom, Michael... all these storylines just suck and are so different to what the show used to be about. Instead of funny scenes with young nerds dealing with sex issues and the social aspects of being at college, you now have ridiculous drama with hot 25 year old people pretending to be normal teens.

The show feels the need to talk endlessly about all the trendy issues of racism, homosexuality, sexism, disabilities, non-binary people etc., probably because the main story just isn't good anymore. It used to hint at these issues before as well and that is fine, but now it is just done so bluntly, one-sidedly and at the expense of the plot.

Oh well, classic Netflix running out of ideas so it just shoves all the US propaganda down your throat and gets covered by the media for being "progressive". The story is really getting old now.

Anyone else notice the massive editing error?
leocarlton18 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
When Issac and Maeve are getting it on there is a really out of place cut and the audio is not synched.

Strange mistake by the editors.

Anyway, besides this small error, great episode.

Better than it has the right to be
keiths2919 May 2022
I resisted watching for the first three season. I thought it was going to be just another teenage sitcom type of show. Then Ncuti Gatwa was chosen for the next Doctor Who, I though I'd find out what all the fuss was about. Then I spent the next four days binged-watching seasons 1 through 3. The characters are quirky and likable (for the most part). The writing is stellar. The show is loaded, if not overloaded with sexual over tones. Taken as a whole, it's one of the best shows I've seen in a while. I would compare this show to Ted Lasso...a show I never wanted to watch, thought it would be terrible, but became a big fan.

Otto and Eric are the best straight and funny man combination in a long time (no pun intended). Jean and Jacob are great to together It can be ridiculous, serious, funny and touching, all in the space of the 55 minutes episodes. My wife put it best, 'this show punches above its weight class.'

I won't spoil the storylines, but give it a few episodes, this is a great show. If you're easily offended, maybe not.

Otis ^ Ruby
aboalhyjaa18 September 2021
I dont have much to say about this episode because its way too long and should've been 30 minutes maximum. But, it does have a great advice in it from Jakob and otis's actions so you guys need to focus.

I really really liked Otis and Ruby together. They were perfect together. Wish we could see more of them. It just ended too soon.

If otis IS that smart
freizelbt20 September 2021
Warning: Spoilers
How can be so emotional inmature, he knows that forcing the girl Who wants to avoid to take him to HER home IS like saying i want to be intimate, he force her to accept him as a boyfriend, he made her change her Mind knowing she has huge trust issues and then he just say "thats nice" , i know that he doesnt HAVE TO love her back, but then why step Up and pretend to want to be something else than just something casual for hurting poor Ruby ?

He hurts so many people withouth knowing, so sometimes he is like an old men in a kids body but others he is so so dumb hahahah Lets call that "complex characters" instead of just random.

WTF has happened to this program?
nytol1-798-46657816 November 2021
This was one of the best things Netflix ever made, so clever in so many ways, truly enjoyable, but season so far is just 'woke' trash!

With this episode being the worst so far.

It is not funny, or insightful, it is just annoying, and I absolutely loved the first two seasons and have watched them multiple times.

Overly woke now a joke
pjsailor22 April 2022
The writing and acting have been quality regardless of the absurd woke agenda level. However this one takes it to a level that the show is unwatchable except for a select few. This episode seems bent on just that one line when they had so much to explore after the previous episode.
