Ciao, I'm Matteo Marconi from Arezzo, Tuscany, Italy, the executive producer/screen player/actor of the movie "Il Toscanaccio", directed by my friend Oscar Sanchez H. from Lleida, Cataloña, Spain. During a study period in Barcelona, we met some years ago. Me, with a dream to realize a movie but no idea how to realize it, him, finishing the film academy of Barcelona like director, so prepared for it. We start this crazy 90' comedy project, filmed in Arezzo ( Roberto Benigni in "La Vita è Bella chose the same location, maybe because we are both from there, and may be I'm the secret son of him!!! I'm kidding ), Florence and Barcelona in Spain. Budget 30.000$... After some years, filming, waiting money, filming again, waiting money, etc etc, we finished our first movie, with no professionals actors (no budget), for this we utilized my mother, my father, my sister and brother, my grandmother, my friends and many other common people (exactly 215), but with a professional super young crew. Result, a new version of the neo-realism of the Italian comedy style. The movie that me and Oscar ever dream. Miracle! We hope that you will enjoy it, and hope to realize many more movie. Ciao
