Masterful (as close as it can be to a 10 for a bioshock game)

Burial at Sea: Episode 2 completes Elizabeth's Arc from Infinite, tying it into the events of the original two games in a way that doesn't seem forced, but as an ode to the other games and making the entire story more cohesive.

The settings are excellent, with an excellent contrast between them- that portrays the places and the things they represent beautifully. Talking of Beauty, This DLC is one of the most gorgeous games that I have ever seen, continuing the trend of infinite.

The Rapture in this game has a new 'depth' to it, giving an explanation of not only the technology but the way the city works, it also gives us insight into some of the characters that, (I felt at least) were given a shaky motivation in the original 2 games.

It includes gameplay elements of all games, incorporating some of the missed things in Infinite, but improving aspects of the original 2.

Overall, Burial at Sea ties up the Bioshock franchise and binds it together in a way that I have never seen so well done before- with a greatly satisfying conclusion to the story.

Problematic story and gameplay

Warning: Spoilers
Elizabeth has lost her mind completely I didn't get why she kills the only version of Booker who didn't become Comstock in the original. I don't understand why she does the same here. My guess would be that throughout the game she slowly descends into madness. It is sad but fascinating at the same time to observe this young, promising woman become a maniac.

That makes Elizabeth an intersting character but not a relatable one. So when I had to play for her I lacked any motivation to get her through the hurdle. And boy, I needed it. Gameplay isn't fun anymore, lads. Its stealth now where you duck, cover and hope for an innattentive AI, cause if you're spotted you're dead. Even 3 headshots from a revolver won't kill a regular enemy. When you die you start all over again from the begining of a location with enemies respawned while you watch a cutscene. No saves no nothin.

Uncomfortable gameplay only works with a good reason to fight for. Which there ain't.
