A Hilarious Short Australian Comedy Film
kajjaz19 April 2010
Warning: Spoilers
Upon viewing this film, and after viewing Burleigh Smith's earlier works, I realized that 'Then She Was Gone' is a delight to be added to his directorial collection. Original, funny, it captures the essence of of early 20th century cinema.

I remember watching this film, and as the plot progressed, my smile widened and widened as I connected with Smith's character. Woman, are of course, strange and unpredictable creatures, capable of destroying a man's heart without a second thought, and due to Burleigh's well written resolution, we find that men are very unpredictable creatures too.
