The first half of this episode is great, the second half...not so.The ridiculous fostering storyline from the previous episode gets pepped up by all the characters realising it's ridiculous, as we're treated to the sight of Susan doing an impression of a batty old woman to decoy Simone and Toadie hiding Harry in a wheelie bin.Not to mention Callum's own attempt at a diversion.Equally ridiculous but a lot more fun.
Unfortunately, in the second half they try to get serious again, leaving the ridiculous elements like the policeman taking about three seconds to search the house and Simone not bothering with the rest of the street looking all the more ridiculous.We get a nice ending with Craig well and truly out of the way.But unfortunately we then have Roz dragging her heels with yet more "We'll reconsider your application" nonsense when Lou's just done their job for them.
And oh look, here's more Kennedys.Susan's now in the perfect position to play the martyr, it's becoming more and more obvious that they're trying to cast Dan as the villain and worst of all, Karl seems to have turned from voice of reason to monomaniacal tyrant.Dan, get away from the whole pathetic lot of them as soon as possible.
