It s comming back to it s own self!
cattaraddu22 October 2022
We are pleased to see that Grey is comming back to it s senses and to ours! I think from Season 1 Chief Meredith Grey was expected and comes like the normal thing to be. We are expecting medical plots and twists about their lives and the interns' and less drama and social dispair and lectures! Let s only hope. Lets hope that screen writers and everyone involved care about ppl s oppinions and not their own s and that they make this for the ppl and not for only them to watch, it s not documentary, it s not reality show it sjust a drama medical show that we used to love, that we grew up loving it.

It's Back!
jojessy10 October 2022
I loved that this episode was like the 1st episode of Season 1. It was one the best ones I've seen in the past few seasons. I can't wait to see how the new interns develop and hope they're relationships are as epic, if not more than the original new interns. I have been big and loyal fan since it aired on March.27 2005 and plan to stay that way but it was great to have that renewed sense of excitement and anticipation for next episode. There are a lot of medical series that I watch but this like ER is the one that will always be my favorite. I like that new Seasons are still coming and don't see a reason that it should end. Keep them coming.

Excellent !

Warning: Spoilers
This episode was everything I hoped it would be! Merideth has matured into a strong empowered leader of a dynamic surgical team. Thankfully Teddy and Owen returned in a believable manner. The new interns are a varied group that hints of the original group that started everything so long ago. Still waiting to see how they work Maranda Bailey back in to the cast as Merideth is doing such a great job as Chief. Amanda Shepherd is a dynamic power house with the new interns and smoothly corrects their first day mistakes. The new operating room equipment is impressive and will play favorably in future episodes. I am excited for the next episode!

Harkening back to the beginning, we have come full circle
mjkositzin-732988 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I loved this episode so much I created the IMdb account just to leave this review. The entire episode echoes how Grey's began with the first group of interns. We have a whole new group of interns who are described as "rejects" from other programs but all of whom Meredith believes have potential. Some of them have secrets, some of them have trauma, some of them have relatives we've loved and lost. We see them navigate their first day, and end with them congregating in the hallway simultaneously exhausted and exhilarated. It feels like a full circle episode, and if the entire season continues this way, I would love it.

A real "back to basics" feel
madman_salv10 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
I adored this episode. After a few years of me just watching Grey's as a habit (after watching for so long, you just feel like you need to ride it out), the new season started out with a BANG!

I felt like the show went back to its original routes with this. I do believe it was intentional. As for the biggest Greys fans, we could see many similarities between this episode and the first 2 episodes of S1.

Everytime we have been introduced to new characters, they seem pretty Samey (don't get me wrong, i do end up liking them), but this new crop seem like they could be as interesting as the actual OG's of the show.

I hope it continues.

watch out: possible one of the best quotes
dduink7 October 2022
I've seen way to many movies and tv-shows. I've waisted several years to it.

Most of them I've already forgotten the day after watching them.

A few movies linger around with well build storylines, supported with the right music. Plot twists where you do not feel like: "Where did I see that before?".

The other format the TV-shows almost never manage to get at such level. Mostly it is like fast-food for the binge watcher.

Well, this episode changed that for me.

This episode contains a quote that nailed it, it struck me down, it's almost to perfect, just not over the top as in previous season.

As from timestamp 27:42 the last wish...

Disappointing
celtigra30 October 2022
I have watched Grey's Anatomy (every episode) since it first started. Maybe it is just me, but I rather think the show has run out of steam. There used to be good storylines which kept viewers entertained but now it does seem rather flat. Now we seem to be back at the beginning again with a new batch of interns. I will give it a couple of episodes to see if it picks up, but I do have my doubts. Perhaps some exciting new characters need to be introduced. The how just seems to rehash relationships.. I rather think it is time to put it to bed as the heart of the show seems to be in terminal decline.

All about the new characters!!
julieact8 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was subpar. It was primarily about the new interns. I ABHOR when shows shove new characters down your throat!!! Previously existing characters were barely on AT ALL!! I prefer when they slowly integrate new characters. I am familiar with 2 of the new actors to the show and have liked them in other projects but was not impressed with them. The other new actors had no charisma or chemistry together. But the most disappointing thing was having a new character steal the mantra of one of my absolute favorite characters of this series before he could even prove himself. I am disgusted!! "It's a beautiful day to save lives!" BELONGS TO DEREK SHEPHERD!!!! I can barely tolerate it when his sister Amelia says it but at least she's proven herself as a doctor. I missed Bailey, who had almost no screen time, along with Hunt. If every episode continues like this one, I may finally give this show up. I'm so sad!! This used to be one of my favorites!!

Oh n
ehed-182088 October 2022
I have been a bloodfan of greys Anatomy since the begining, even when it went a little downhill. ( i am talking about the last seasons. This season dont start out with a bang more like a snoozefest. For the first you have all this interns and i did not like a single one of them. The caracters cant act, but the most importent thing a actor must have is carisma. The Hole episode was about the interns. I was looking forward to meet everyboody so i was glad when bailey, Richard and others appeared even if it was for a short time. I think Ellen pompeo is tired of the show becouse she looked like she did not have any energy. I am hoping the episodes will be better and of course i will se them no matter who boring they will become.

Misinformation from the start
Pickleman7422 September 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This episode starts with misinformation and keeps getting worse. Saying "women are losing their rights". When it's about states deciding what they do. All of it is a lie to hit emotions, but it comes off as fake news and laughable. This show turned to absolute garbage after Derek died, and was already down the toilet before then around Christina leaving. It's all dribble and dumb fake news. This show likes to spread misinformation rather than actually informing everything clearly and neutrally. They lie through their teeth the entire time and the writing staff should be ashamed of the harmful lies they tell.
