Sex & Nudity

- This series contains frequent female nudity and occasional male nudity. Genitals are usually obscured and when they are shown they are without detail. However, breasts/nipples and buttocks are shown often and in full detail. Female characters are also seen in swimsuits, in underwear, and at times getting undressed. Camera view often focuses on rear and chest.
- One female character who is a teenage high school student (with braces nonetheless) is briefly seen fully nude. Her buttocks and breasts are shown in detail while her pubic area contains no detail.
Violence & Gore

- This show contains graphic violence throughout. Characters are shot, stabbed, and torn apart by gruesome-looking creatures. Blood is splattered and body parts are scattered. Not on par with some other extremely violent anime shows, but definitely violent enough to reach or exceed an R-rating.
Profanity

- Contains uses of some mild profanity such as "bastard" and "damn" somewhat inconsistently. The language could easily fit into a PG-13 film.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Smoking and alcohol are present but are never focused on or emphasized.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Unnatural creatures strike terror into innocent bystanders including men, women, and sometimes children. Many civilians scream in horror and several are killed.
Spoilers
Sex & Nudity
- The aforementioned teenage character cohabitates with an older man and eventually develops a sexual relationship with him. The man appears to be in his twenties. Sexual acts are implied offscreen, but the show portrays the relationship positively as if there's objectionable about it.
- A female teenage character is nearly raped by an giant insect-like creature. Nudity is not shown in this scene and the act is interrupted before it happens, but it could still be very upsetting for some viewers.
