The climax had a bit of a laughable portion and Santhanam's transformation from making comedy to a serious role even in a humour-based film marks his transition from a comedy to a serious role artist, apart from this nothing else stood out in the film as it revolves around multiple stupid/comedy gangs trying to make us laugh but nothing works out and the film talks about a serious language issue but the message doesn't stand out at all. It is a below-average flick only.

Worst movie for Santhanam! Even a single scene cannot be entertained! Tried 6times to complete watching the full movie from paused ! Still couldn't complete! Santhanam a Red Alert for ur film career ! We love to see you in a full comedy mode ! Do not ever try to experiment by getting poor advice from worst directors or fellows !

Apart from technical aspects and standards which is also good but not extraordinary, if we see it as a fantasy subject, there isn't much to complain about!
I don't know why there is so much hatred from film critics, I dont wanna compare this movie with any others, overall this is a good movie.

Such a worst movie I have ever seen. Santhanam should come out of heroism and do a side role. Vadivelu will be back anytime soon and this vacuum is still on for him to fill up. I used to like A1, vpa movies. But it ended there. Another movie of him I wouldn't watch without watching reviews

This movie is not like by many people in tamil nadu but those are don't get the concept of the movie. Santhan anna did will if the director cut Unnuserer jokes and improve Dilogous this movie will get more credit then know.i love that concept so much and santhan anna I'm not a fan but hands off for his acting skills. Love from chennai 😍.

Never seen a whacky as well as sensibly emotional film till date like this little gem. Right from the word go this film sets tone and takes us to its world and characters. All the characters are interesting and well written. This film will be my go to film when I wanted to spend time with friends. The vibe it carries throughout the film be it the music music, visuals or the situations is sensational. Never seen women characters find their voice this much in a male dominating film. It's a bumpy ride carrying all the emotions. I never thought film like this can make me cry and make me think also. Gulugulu has all my heart. Eagerly waiting for this director's next.

This is a weird and whacky film i have seen so far. Especially in tamil industry. Wondering how they managed to pull of something phenomenal. Loved the characters, visuals, music and direction. Wish to see Gullubhai is more adventures. Congrats team. Liked the way female characters are written. Athulya and Namitha played their characters perfectly. Santhanam should do more films like this. Anbarey song is international. Its a global theme. Definitely a surprise to me. A song that hails strangers is much needed. This character with lot of humanity is the need of the hour. Also the importance of language is depicted beautifully. Feeling complete after watching the film. Good watch.

I don't remember when was the last time a film a movie made me feel a vibe. This movie took time to get the mood right and follow the characters. Once the characters are established and the stakes are set high. Its definitely a ride. Gullu bhai character is so pure. Its so humane and soulful. Loved the quirks throughout. The treatment . The visuals and the music. From classic indian music to Trap. Its a treat. Climax chaos is full of fun. Enjoyed every humour set pieces in it. Liked the way lot of Taboo topics discussed. Like the way menopause day is shown, stranger love proposal, consent when it comes to sharing pictures on net. Many more.
Will rewatch again when it release on OTT. And will write a detailed review again. This film deserves lot of love.

I'm from kerala, but loved the movie..First of all this is a movie of pure entertainment..some scenes doesn't have logic, only some scenes and you shouldn't watch a movie like this to find logic...i really enjoyed the 2 hour 30 mins of this movie... really a good attempt and for me that attemp was fruitful..i like movies like this...i laughed a lot watching this movie..i think this is the best movie of santhanam so far..talks about a lot of political issue in an indirect way..the director watches a lot of Hollywood movie i guess coz there are lot of english movie references...the camera angles and shots are so awesome... especially the music was dope...new movies need hiphop songs like this..I recommend watching this movie..really good movie...my actual rating is 8/10 and giving 10 to balance the rating...so underrated.

Thoroughly enjoyed the film. This movie is a vibe. I couldnt bring it under a genre. Loved the visuals, music, art, dialogues and really enjoyed the unapologetic characters existing in this world of Gulugulu. Loved the way each character is portrayed. Anbarey song and the leading sequence to is something fresh and sweet. One of its kind. Google is a pure and refreshing character. He changes the life of many characters in the film with his love. I got empathetic to him towards the end. This director has a good taste and a rare breed in tamil cinema. Definitely looking forward for his next adventure.

This movie is all about characters. Every character is interesting and there is a purpose for them existing in this film. Gullu Bhai aka Google tops every character. He is full of love and kindness. His back story, his car, the place he lives, the way he loves every other creature in this world is adorbale. This film deals with many sensitive issues with lot of sensibilities. Technically super strong film with some crazy music and aesthetically shot visuals. There is Lot of layers in it. Will definitely rewatch it for even more better experience. I smiled, cried, i got moved, Totally connected to this gem of a film.

Santhanam sir played a silent role with not that much comedy in this movie.
Even though this movie dosen't contains much comedy it is nice to watch. We cant say it as an worst movie. The story is very nice, all characters are given equal screen time ,everyone acted very well in this movie. Emotional scenes were there. We can watch this movie twice not more than that. Santhanam sir was in a different look in this movie. Good movie to watch with some good content. The actions scenes were very nice. Songs were good.everyone had a limited comedy dialogue. 2 times watchable movie guys .Music by Santhosh Narayanan is too good and movie as a whole is quiet interesting and ideology is new and it's now up to audience to watch and respond. I loved it personally as crazy mohan is the one who makes you laugh continuously for his timing and I could see this team has tried something which is different from usual masala films.

Amazing is an understatement to describe Gulu Gulu. The watching experience was massive; the dry humor, innovative character types, and different components were out of this world. It was a feast!
Don't be deceived by the trailer because it made the film appear unassuming, which was absolutely far from the truth. Let's begin with the character 'Google' himself, he was designed in such an authentic manner: a world traveler and lover of people. Though helping oftentimes gets him in a lot of mess, he still persists as it comes naturally to him. Google was so genuine and altruistic, honestly, the kind of friend you want to have

After a long time, a santhanam movie that was actually funny. Really enjoyed in most of the parts. SaNa music tracks were completely fun and perfect. Loved the way that Ratna made this film. Completely a different genre... Appreciate whole team for their efforts. Santhanam shines in his underplay performance. Each and every character has some scope to perform. Only draw back is movie is very slow and not much of gripping moments. Not sure everyone like this kind of movie, for me it's ok. Watch it in good home theater. Bcoz this is technically rich film. Movie is a worthy entertainer. Overall Gulu Gulu = Gala Gala 😂

Superb movie🔥🔥 this is a new shade to santhanam sir which suits him very well and new beginning for him I loved each and every character in a film ,played their role very well and screen play is amazing......before watching the movie don't be in the mindset of old santhanam sir this a new and very fresh. Very beatiful script for santhanam sir. Because i think it was a different type of character which he acted in his life time so it is the amazing movie. It is Simple.. Movie is so nicely written and directed by Rathna Kumar and each and every character of the film is interesting and have a role to play which is unique and we would have seen dark comedy like Soodhu Kavvum, Moodar Koodam and this film is in the same lines but dialogue is the key and audience could enjoy the film 🙌🎥. The best part of the film is we could experience a new Santhanam which itself is the success of the film. Music by Santhosh Narayanan is too good and movie as a whole is quiet interesting and ideology is new and it's now up to audience to watch and respond. I loved it personally as crazy mohan is the one who makes you laugh continuously for his timing and I could see this team has tried something which is different from usual masala films. My Rating is 3 out of 5. (Santhanam it's time for you to act in this kind of script oriented films)
