- In 2 instances a girl sleepwalks in her underwear - which are decidedly modest garments
- An older woman makes comment in a suggestive manner that she has a thing for boys.
- The series has a dominant air of friendship between 3 girls that some have interpreted to be suggestive, but in no way is the series explicit in voicing such intentions.
- In one scene a girl changes into clothes that are too small for her, and she fails to button it completely. Her undergarments are visible, though they resemble something from the victorian era and cover more than most dresses.
Violence & Gore

- Peril and action take place in aerial battles between massive flying ships. There are many explosions and dogfights.
- A whole nation is destroyed in one crushing blow, seen from afar and without detail.
- The most violent encounter involves hand to hand combat with assassins with extending high tech weapons that pierce their opponents on more than one occasion. One episode is fairly intense with assassins killing men in close quarters combat with blood letting and visible impaling.
