The hustle and bustle of a street corner that is ground zero for a serial killer hunting for victims.

Warning: Spoilers
I love the ones where there is a setting, a place, where there is a lot going on. Other episodes, for example, 'Dead End Street' or 'The Accident. They are just so brilliantly done and directed.

Here we have a street corner that seems to be ground zero for a serial killer hunting for victims. Or, a sequential killer as Julia coins it. There so much going on as the camera circles all the activity. Murdoch and the gang try to figure out who the killer is in all the hustle and bustle of activity that takes place there.

Love that George tries a new kind of food, pizza. Murdoch calls it piz-zah. Lol. Later George is joined by Emily who wants to see what police work is like. There was an eccentric and oddball cast of guest characters.

I think the strongest point in the episode besides the direction, is the investigative tactics and the questioning of people in the corner. The first time I watched this episode I didn't know who the killer was. In rewatching, I'm like how could I have missed it? 10/10.

A serial killer is on the loose

A number of people starting getting murdered and shot with the same gun. The police take pictures of the victims and go through a busy intersection where lots of people go shopping. The police show the pictures of the victims around. There is a pizza man selling pizza which is new to the area and Crabtree taste it and likes it. Later he tells Murdoch about it and Murdoch pronounces it as pizzzar something like that which is kind of funny.

A elderly lady sits on a bench in the area quite often and recognizes the pictures of the murdered victims and tells the police where they went when she saw them. Murdoch sets up a camera and to watch the area.

Police start to see that there is a connection between the murders and a dark wallet that is dropped with $10. in it. Many of these wallets are returned to a man that has a prayer group. It seems the people that were murdered found these wallets kept the money and did not give the money to the man at the prayer group establishment. Office Crabtree is used as bait to watch for a dropped wallet, pick it up and spend the contents.

As the story goes on a preacher is preaching on a corner. They portray the man as mean by his tone. This episode also portrays people that are in the ministry as hypocrites that gamble and are adulterers. I find no other group has such bias written against them accept those who believe in Jesus.

This is another were good people are made bad.
