May wanna fasten the seatbelt before speeding up

Warning: Spoilers
While I love the changes that go on in GSM every year, some changes in this season seem quite blizzard for me. On those interns' very first year, even very first day, they're breaking bad news to family members on their own, scrubbing in on a triple transplant, taking the lead in an amputation on an unstable patient who had already presented symptoms of DIC... Hey, that's not how it worked before! And I know you're trying to get them more involved, but is this really how you wanna go? Do you still remember the days when interns have to fight so hard and impress their attending just for scrubbing in? Do you still remember how everyone in MAGIC competed for the sparkle pager and the first SOLO surgery which seems to be so casual these days?

P. S. Chief Grey is so darn radient! No idea how she manages to handle three children while also saving the hospital from the hell, operating, and getting back with Marsh at the SAME TIME.
