The commercials for this show were full of beautiful cakes. The show is full of beautiful cakes and talent on every side.
But the owner is SO horrible. If it's good? Well that's MY Cake. If you make a mistake? You're going to get fired! Logically, I understand she probably does something but in the show all you can see her doing is being unpleasant and making faces at her customers. You better obey her even if it means you won't finish on time but don't even try to be late! That's your fault.
I know shows are cut and it's probably never the full story we're getting but, god, I wish this show was more concentrated on the extremely talented people working there rather than the woes of a horrible boss with a bad taste.
I guess some people are lucky enough to surround themselves with raw talent so they can parasite and profit on it.
I want to give 10 for the cakes and the talent. But I want to give 1 for the horrible boss. So middle road it is. 5.
