I would have rated the show a 10, had it not been for the show's namesake. The show always has great anchoring with Mika and Willie, when they can be heard over Joe. No question he is a smart guy, but someone should really arrange for public speaking lessons for Joe, his rantings are polluted with his mumbling, stuttering, unnecessary syllables (uh, ah, um), endless repetition of facts that he hounds several times per show ... they must be for effect, but they fall into the "bothersome" category. The show continually hightlights great contributors, and subject matter experts, if they aren't being interrupted by Joe. The cast and participants are often seen sitting, watching and waiting for Joe to finish his rant. The whole planet knows he was in congress, but enough already! His mission seems to be to dominate the airwaves with the sound of his voice, whether spewing out nonsense or actual content. He just needs to be heard ... by himself. Maybe it is his show, but his co-anchors and guests may have something to say! Joe, stick with podcasts. There is no competiton for the microphone there. Somebody, help him please!
