by Lloyd Cole & The Commotions in shades of blue. The apparently random images of a racing clock in the background are not random at all, it serves its purpose with the
lyrics that talk about a man living in the fast lane and spinning out of control. A perfect song for its era with some great descriptions.
As usual with the band, it's mostly a performance act and there isn't much to address about it, except that the song is great and it's one of their best tracks. The rhythm is amazing. 8/10.
