A must watch, ultimate fun entertainer with excellent family drama!!
Right from the start off movie runs on a fun pace with routine concept but a new way of treatment!!

Writing of the movie is very simple but director's work at generating fun moments is what makes the movie a must watch!!

Dialogues in the movie works like a charm... lands in place right in time!!

Everything in the movie worked out really big time, but on the flip side songs are biggest drawback they were like show stoppers in middle of the narration... As the entire movie runs on fun pace it's a tough call to involve emotions in latter half which instantly changes the narration style... Sree Vishnu and Naresh lived up to their roles with brilliant performances, their comedy timing is very impressive and entertaining!!

A special mention to 2min lengthy dialogue sequence by sree vishnu about current gen relationships which is a fun riot to watch!!

There are few actors who were underused for their potential performance... Production values are right on par, and the sound mixing of this movie definitely deserves a theatrical watch... you'll definitely laugh out load along with the entire crowd Overall: Perfectly worth the time and money, and recommended to watch it along with family/friends for a quality time together!!

A repeat watch!
SimplyVish17 February 2024
2023 has given me two films that I will continue to watch many times throughout my life. One is Samajavaragamana, the other is Hi Nanna.

When you think of it, we usually say that a movie is good or bad. It worked for me; it didn't work for me. Or it's worth the money, not worth the money, or it's a one-time watch. If you consider all those reactions as one league, feeling and knowing that you will revisit a film over and over many times in your life is an entirely different league. It is sort of a gift for the audience. And I'm thankful for the filmmaker for making this film and giving it to us.

A well done, must-watch family entertainer

NO SPOILER REVIEW:

One of the best movies I've seen in recent times.

Narration and storyline went together like bread and jam, the writing for comedy was peaks. This film took numerous creative, interesting topics and turned it into an awesome entertainer.

Sree Vishnu sir and Naresh sir's acting and comedic timing absolutely dominated. Cast and crew did an amazing job presenting and everything with this film

Walked out of the movie in a much more happy and jolly mood than the one I walked in with. 10/10 Recommend watching, especially with family. A very clean movie you can comfortably watch while forgetting everything else, amazing job to everyone that was a part of this project.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie; it's packed with hilarious comedy that had me laughing out loud throughout. Overall, it's a superb film!

The unique concept of the story added a refreshing twist, making it an excellent and superb movie overall. Everything from the acting to the direction is simply amazing.

The performances by the actors were nothing short of outstanding.

Each character was brought to life with such depth and authenticity that it felt like they were right there in front of me. The comedic timing of the cast was impeccable, adding a whole new layer of hilarity to the movie. Overall must watch movie.

Don't know why lot of people giving over the top positive reviews and ratings, for me i felt bored while watching, it felt like normal avarage movie to me, Songs and background score is poor and routine story and narration, First time in my life i felt like is i don't know watching movies?? But trust me i do have movie sence I watched flop movies repeatedly if they was good.. But last Sunday i went to this movie with my friends all of us have same feel like this is avarage routine movie and i was the one convinced them to go to this movie rather than spy because of srivishnu story selection...

Watched until intermission, then was so angry I left the theater
3 stars because I will admit this movie is quite funny. Got quite a few laughs out of me in the first quarter. Then the romance started and it got horrible.

Slight spoilers:

The main character is horribly misogynistic and hates women, but he's never treated in the wrong for it and it's more of a "joke" than anything. The heroine KNOWS of this behavior and still falls in love with him. Any woman I know would have turned and walked the other direction. Why try to "fix" a guy who thinks all women are gold diggers and horrible people? Just find a good person.

Not sure how the second half went, but I heard it was basically a completely different story that doesn't have much to do with the first half.

Incel movie, let's stop encouraging young men to be misogynistic.

Sree Vishnu remains funny till the end, the film doesn't.
chand-suhas30 November 2023
Balu (Sree Vishnu) is the sole breadwinner in his family while his father is still struggling to clear the degree exam. The grandfather's will states that his children will get the family property only after earning a degree certificate and Balu's father Uma Maheshwara Rao (Naresh) is struggling to clear the exam. Balu gets his father admitted to a tuition center and his father befriends Sarayu (Reba Monica John) there, eventually bringing her home to be a paying guest. Love blossoms between Balu and Sarayu but her father hates love marriage. How does Balu win over her family and clear the hurdle thrown at him, forms rest of the story.

Samajavaragamana has an hilarious first half, focusing equally on the father's failed attempts to pass the exam (an in-form Naresh bringing the house down) and Balu's attempt to help his father as well as his reason for keeping girls at a distance. Much of the humor hits the right spot and Sree Vishnu with his terrific comic timing ensures the first half to not have a single dull moment. The story moves in a brisk pace and though the songs are barely passable, the comedy ranging from funny to hilarious, elevates several scenes.

The film however struggles in the second half with one joke getting stretched to it's entirely along with the drama. Compared to the first half, this falls short by miles in terms of entertainment and focusing the story entirely on Balu - Sarayu story, ignoring the far more entertaining Balu - Uma Maheshwara's antics eventually takes a toll. Sree Vishnu still tries to carry the film through, making the scenes work with his comic timing but the final act completely falls flat. Vennela Kishore is naturally funny and in this film, it is only him trying to be funny while his character or the humor written around him is largely cringe. I am going with a lenient writing solely for the first half being that funny otherwise the second half truly disappoints.
