In S1, E5 of Martha's Vineyard, my heart was breaking for Jordan because Jasmine WAS PROJECTING her opinion that Jordan couldn't be complete alone. That is as false as false can be. In my life I've had 21 years of marriage and 22 years of being single and living alone. That also includes ten years currently separated from my family. So, when I say alone, I'm telling you A-L-O-N-E!!! I can reflect back now (at 62 years of age) and can tell you for an absolute fact that I have been happier, I've been more content, a lot less anxious, a lot closer to God and so much more at peace the years I've been alone than I ever was within marriage (narcissistic abuse, being controlled, other abuse, feeling obligated to do and go even when I'd rather not and so very much more!!! I would NEVER have another person live in my home or have another relationship again!

Good Idea; Poorly Executed

This was just awful. I wanted to be supportive, so I saw the season through to its conclusion. The casting was poor (with only a couple of exceptions) and several characters were there only as extra bodies who made no meaningful contribution to the show. Plot lines were poorly constructed with arcs that changed for no good reason. True to the reality show framework there were outbursts, confrontations and alcohol-field tantrums, however the difference was that none of those characters were worth caring about. Bravo, if this show is renewed for a season 2, please do better. This was an embarrassment.
