This Episode begins with Simone, she is waking up early in the morning. Simone and Trey will get married today. Teddy tells Winston that he is the new Head of Cardio at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital. Mika kissed Helm. Carmen gave Enzo drugs, he has been brought to the hospital. Maxine isn't feeling well, Kwan calls it a code blue. Simone cancelled her wedding, she chose to be with Lucas. Lucas and Simone have sex with each other. Nice Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 19, really great Episode with a lot of exciting moments. Simone walked away from her wedding, she wants to be with Lucas instead!
