Sex & Nudity

  • A man accuses Aladdin of stealing his daughter's hymen as she is heavily pregnant
  • A man is shown multiple times with a hole in his pants, revealing his bare, plastic butt.
  • A man's story is misunderstood, which leads him to get the nickname "Tiger-F***er."
  • A man reveals that many years prior, he pushed his penis inside his body, and it never came out. This becomes an important plot point at the end.
  • A man makes a reference to his "Woody," then pulls out a Woody (Toy Story Character) doll.
  • While talking about previous men in her life, a princess describes one man as "kind of rapey," and says that another one "f***ed a fish."
  • A man tells Ja'far that a merchant chopped his dick off, and shows the wound to Ja'far (we don't see it), to which Ja'far screams in horror.
  • We hear about a harem, but we never see it.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman has her ear cut off because someone didn't like her face (a reference to original unused lyrics in Aladdin).
  • A guard recounts the chase scene from "One Jump Ahead," and goes into detail about how several people died during that chase.
  • A man has his penis cut off, and Ja'far sees the wound (see above).
  • A man wipes blood off of his bare (plastic) butt, where a tiger bit him.
  • A prince threatens another kingdom with war, pledging to kill millions of people.

Profanity

  • Extreme profanity thoughout the show. It is often used for shock value and ranges from mild to strong.
  • The F-word is used liberally, but in spread-out clusters.
  • Other PG-13 swearwords are used, such as shit, dick, ass, damn, and hell.
  • While watching, you may go for a while without hearing any profanity, then suddenly hear a lot. A good part of it is used as shock value in this parallel/parody Disney story.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • There are direct references to opium, but we never see anyone smoking any of it.
  • A man misunderstands a woman's request, and says he's leaving to go "roll a blunt."

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • It is emotional when a man's wife is taken away from him, and he yearns to be back with her again.

Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • Aladdin is depicted as a sex-crazed pedophile (we learn that he is 33, and she is 16). He uses subliminal messages (which aren't subtle at all) to try and get what he wants. He uses examples from Disney's subliminal sex references. He also uses references from the Aladdin movie as euphemisms for her vagina (magic carpet, cave of wonders, etc.).

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • It is revealed that Aladdin killed his parents toward the end of the show, this could be heavily upsetting to some.
  • The whole play has the potential to upset die-hard Disney fans with its material, especially the depiction of Aladdin.
