Kate Hudson is a big fan of Pilates — and she has the abs to prove it!
The actress shared a video from her workout class with trainer Nicole Stuart, where she rolled, curled and lifted on the reformer, while decked out in a sports bra and leggings from her Fabletics line.
“Always my Number 1! #pilateslove,” Hudson, 38, captioned the video.
The star, who buzzed her hair off in July for her role the upcoming movie Sister, directed and written by Sia, started doing Pilates as a teen.
“I was 19 when I discovered Pilates, and I’m still doing it,” she previously told Shape.

Camila Cabello has been dominating the charts with her hit single “Havana,” off of her forthcoming album The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving. The track — an homage to her Cuban roots — not only stands at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100, but is now making the singer a record-breaker in the United Kingdom.
The former Fifth Harmony member has the longest-running No. 1 single from a female artist in the U.K. for the decade. Last week, “Havana” took the No. 1 spot in the singles chart for its fifth successive week, tying Adele’s 2011 smash hit “Someone Like You.”

The estate of Walter Becker has responded to a lawsuit filed last week by Steely Dan bandmate Donald Fagen over ownership of the group and its name, saying the alleged agreement “was not in effect at the time of Walter’s death.”
The lawsuit was centered on a 1972 buyout agreement between Becker and Fagen that stated if one of them died or quit the band, the other would purchase all shares of Steely Dan, according to Rolling Stone.
Fagen claimed he received a letter from his musical partner’s widow, Delia Cioffi Becker, stating she is entitled to 50 percent ownership of the band.

It’s fifty years this month since The Prisoner premiered on British screens, bringing with it blazers, badges and mind-bending bad guys. The term ‘reboot’ can be overused these days, used for the most minor changes or just to drum up interest in a new Number 1 issue. Not so with the Robotech reboot from Brian Wood and Marco Turini, which as the first issue showed was a true reboot. Brian Wood’s re-imagining focuses on two main things. Firstly, he took the story back to Macross Island, where it all began decades ago. Secondly, and more impressively, he decided everything that came before was canon. So all those self contained books, comics and TV episodes are now part of the RoboWoodVerse. We may need to work on that name obviously, but an impressive intention all the same.
So last issue was mainly about setting the scene for new readers and refreshing the memories of the old. Ten years ago...

Sound bites and headlines currently center on Bill Cosby’s former status as “America’s Dad”, and the loss of that “special” charisma he possesses. He made his fortune on screen and off screen as a family man, his legal situation now is showing an entirely different man. CBS had a chance to grab “American Idol” before ABC did, but there was simply no way to make money on the former Fox franchise, Leslie Moonves said Wednesday during a pre-upfront breakfast for press. “We were offered ‘American Idol’ at the time — and we looked at it,” the CBS Corporation chairman and CEO told reporters in the Blackrock boardroom. “For a couple of reasons we didn’t like it.” “Number 1, the price is so expensive you need a 35 share to break even,” he continued, an unheard of number in Nielsen ratings. “So, that’s not gonna happen.” Also Read: CBS.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (reviewed) opened huge as expected, and is now #2 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in terms of this highly specific metric: Most box office improvement over the opening of the first film. Number 1 in this regard is still Captain America Winter Soldier. With the mainstream box office being totally dominated by two franchises featuring action heroes of scant relation deploying the word "family" as frequently as rounds of ammo, let's turn our attention to the films in limited release. Richard Gere is the unexpected leader with not one but two films (The Dinner and Norman) in the top five.

Sherlock and Gangster Number 1 director Paul McGuigan is reportedly on the James Bond shortlist...
Amongst the many questions that need resolving where James Bond 25 is concerned is who’s going to be sitting in the director’s chair. Sam Mendes, who helmed the last two 007 adventures – Skyfall and Spectre – has long since confirmed he wouldn’t be back. And with Neal Purvis and Robert Wade putting together a script for an assumed shoot later this year, the identity of the new director is likely to need resolving sooner rather than later.
We might just have our first candidate, too.
Paul McGuigan, whose big screen work has included Lucky Number Slevin, Gangster Number 1 and Victor Frankenstein, is reported to be on Eon Productions’ list. This is off the back of strong early word for McGuigan’s next film, Film Stars Don’t Die In Liverpool.

My fellow geeks, nerds, nerfherders, and dweebs: I stand before you today afraid of tomorrow. As it’s only been a few weeks since Donald J. Larfleeze took the oath of office of these United States. Each day seemingly brings us closer to eminent destruction. With that in mind, I figured it would behoove me to survey the landscape for my little independent comic book studio and make some sweeping declarations for the year.
Declaration Number 1. The Curse will be Completed
The Samurnauts: Curse of the Dreadnuts, our mini-series-that-is-taking-five-years-to-make will be completed. As of this writing, I have 13 or so pages left to flat. Then comes final coloring, lettering, and placing into the final print-ready file. All things considered, my aim is to have the book on the table for C2E2, which is April 21st. This is a necessity for the rest of the success we will have in the year to come.

2016 was a great year for Zackary Adler. The New York born director has become a sort of a cult figure amongst fans of gritty British gangster movies; a genre which despite racking up hit after hit has until now remained on the fringes of the British film industry.
After the record-breaking success of his recently released films Rise of Krays (2015) and The Fall of The Krays (2016), Adler has also just finished directing the third instalment and prequel to Rise of the Footsoldier , a franchise based on real life events surrounding the Rettendon Triple Murders, better known as The “Range Rover murders”. The film will be released by Signature Entertainment later this year. And if that wasn’t enough, Adler is also about to start shooting the third instalment of his Krays franchise, titled The Krays And The Mafia.

In the most rewarding moment of the episode, Jesus finally woke up.
But the real miracle was that I managed to get through The Fosters Season 4 Episode 12 without throwing something at the television in frustration. I came embarrassingly close to doing it a few times. I can admit that.
It was that kind of episode, for sure. So why don't we take a few deep breaths, count to ten, and discuss it. Shall we?
Is there anything more despicable than people in power abusing their authority? I'm hard pressed to find much that tops it. Although, lack of common sense is quite grating as well.
This is not Callie's first rodeo, and yet, she came across as incompetent as ever at the police station. It was enough to make anyone want to reach through the screen and shake her until she reclaimed a modicum of sense.
She's gone without that for so long,...

Known for bringing the closest and most well-known Bollywood friendships on the couch, Karan has a double surprise in store for everyone in the next episode of Koffee with Karan 5. By inviting World Number 1 Tennis player Sania Mirza, not only has he ventured outside Bollywood but by pairing her with director and choreographer Farah Khan, he has managed to shed some much-needed spotlight on their unique and close friendship. The episode, which will be aired on Sunday (February 5, 2017) on Star World and Star World HD at 9 Pm, will see Farah and Koffee debutante - Sania, facing Karan’s questions. While sports and Bollywood have long seen a connection, with Indian sportsmen hobnobbing with stars from the film fraternity, Farah and Sania’s friendship makes Karan rather jealous as he is not a part of this closely bonded clique, leaving Farah to state that he is suffering from ‘Fomo’ or...

As the DVD and Blu-ray release of Antoine Fuqua’s The Magnificent Seven rides into your homes, we take a look at those heroes, anti-heroes, and low down dirty scoundrels that would make up our own cinematic posse. Sadly, none of the movie cowboys come from the Mario Van Peebles, ahead of its time, diversity epic, Posse, despite a cast that includes Stephen Baldwin, Billy Zane, and Big Daddy Kane. Alas.
Imagine if Thandie Netwon’s Westworld progressive, Maeve Millay, were to swipe on her generic tablet to the page marked “Host Influences and Templates”, then we’d like to think that amongst the hundreds of profiles garnered from one of Hollywood’s richest genres, The Western, this mostly magnificent seven would make up the first page.

The Tokyo Presentation, showing of the Nintendo Switch, ended off with a bang by releasing a new Zelda trailer that revealed the release date! Check it out!
Out of all the trailers, this latest one may be my favorite.
The reason being because of two things. Number 1, this trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild conveys the emotion, not previously experienced. The trailers, prior, were to show off the new environment, along with the new moveset. This trailer gets to the meat of it. We see the emotion, the new characters, and how this game will be a story unlike anything we've ever experienced.
Number 2, it revealed that Breath of the Wild will be a Launch Title! That's right! On March 3, 2017, you can pick up your Nintendo Switch and immediately start playing the new Zelda game as soon as you hit the sidewalk!

The Clinton campaign sent cease and desist letters to four local television stations in Florida on Monday demanding they stop airing an anti-Hillary Clinton attack ad that features First Lady Michelle Obama, one of Clinton’s most fierce and affectionate advocates in this year’s campaign, taking what some have interpreted as a swipe at the Clintons during the 2008 election.
The ad, titled “Can’t Run Her House” and paid for by a pro-Donald Trump Super Pac, includes a clip of Michelle Obama speaking at a campaign event in Chicago on Aug. 12, 2007, when her husband, Barack Obama, and...

Some “Family Feud” contestants crack under the pressure — especially during the stressful Fast Money round. Kai Trimble is not one of those “Family Feud” players. She absolutely smashed the first round of the game show’s final segment, scoring a whopping 194 points all by herself earlier this week. The confident Kai even appeared to drop an “I told you so” to host Steve Harvey on her way back to the family. With four of the five Number 1 answers on the board, Kai left partner Laurence only needing six points. She got those on the first question, with three to.

Stranger Things debuted just outside this year’s Emmys’ eligibility timeframe, but Netflix’s buzzy new show still had a place at the Television Academy’s awards telecast tonight. The show cut to host Jimmy Kimmel’s mom (yes, his real mom) backstage making peanut sandwiches for the audience. Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater seats over 7,000 so Jimmy Kimmel recruited some help handing out all the brown bag lunches. In rolls the Stranger Things kids — Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, and Millie Bobby Brown in costume as their characters, Dustin, Lucas, and Eleven. Photo credit: Kevin Winter/Getty Images The “give food out to celebs at an awards show” stunt is growing overdone. But the Stranger Things kids on their bikes were involved this time, so we’ll forgive the Emmys producers for any lack of originality there. As soon as Kimmel announced he had Pb&Js and asked, “Is anyone hungry right now?...

Whether or not Nina Dobrev comes back to Mystic Falls, it doesn't seem likely Elena Gilbert is in for a happy ending with Damon Salvatore.
Damon calls himself the devil, but he's more like evil incarnate if the photos from The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 1 are any indication.
There is nothing attractive about what happens to the very Elenaesque ladies in these photos. We've seen the fate of one in the trailer, and the fate of the other can be found in the photos if you look hard enough. It's brutal.
Prepare for the end, for it is nigh. Can it end in any other way than the death of one Damon Salvatore? What are your thoughts, Tvd Fanatics? Share your thoughts and watch The Vampire Diaries online to relive the good ol' days until the premiere on October 21.

Comic Books: The DC Universe-then And Now!
Recently I wrote an article for introducing new readers to the world of Batman. The purpose of the article was to help new and casual readers find strong starting points in the characters 75+ years of publication to begin reading. It was suggested that perhaps to coincide with these types of articles; it would be helpful to have a sort of reference point for major content-altering events in the DC Comics Universe, along with perhaps a quick glossary of some key words used in the Comic Book Vernacular. My goal here will be to hopefully give a brief but well-presented breakdown of the DC Universe from inception to the current state. Keep in mind this will only be covering the major continuity/time altering events, and will not each and every company event that’s been published.

Lee Marvin rose through the ranks of movie stardom as a character actor, delivering mostly villainous supporting turns in many films before finally graduating to leading roles. Regardless of which side of the law he was on however, he projected a tough-as-nails intensity and a two-fisted integrity which elevated even the slightest material. Born February 19, 1924, in New York City, Marvin quit high school to enter the Marine Corps and while serving in the South Pacific was badly wounded in battle when a machine gun nest shot off part of his buttocks and severed his sciatic nerve. He spent a year in recovery before returning to the U.S. where he began working as a plumber. The acting bug bit after filling in for an ailing summer-stock actor and he studied the art at the New York-based American Theater Wing. Upon making his debut in summer stock,...

It seems like Amnesia Ibiza can’t catch a break this summer, and the latest news to surface regarding the world-famous establishment just might signal its demise. Following a raid of the nightclub carried out by armed officials with detection dogs, owner Martin Ferrer and others have been arrested.
In a joint operation between the Central Operating Unit of Spain’s Civil Guard, Team Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Administration, and agents of the Judicial Police, officials entered the island from outside via helicopter. Having been called for by Court Number 1 of Ibiza, the raid resulted from investigations that date back over five years regarding money laundering and drug offenses.

Let the subplots commence. Civil War 2 is chugging along with the release of The Amazing Spider-Man Number 1. I’ve found that with event stories such as this, some of the subplot stories that you find in other comics vary in quality. Sometimes their addition to the main event flows nicely, such as Ms. Marvel’s use in the Secret Wars event. Sometimes the results are mixed such as the Black Widow series from Nathan Edmondson.
To start, I enjoyed this issue. While it definitely adds to the Civil War 2 story, it doesn’t feel forced in the least. It feels like a natural extension of where Brian Bendis and Dave Marquez are taking things. The characters feel real which can be tough to accomplish when dealing with people with such amazing abilities. When Peter Parker and Johnny Storm meet up under circumstances fit for a 1970’s sitcom, their back...
