It's hard to imagine Stan donating to an orphanage or opening a soup kitchen in his living room, and that's what makes 'Cock of the Sleepwalk' so amusing. And it's all due to a conscience that won't stay repressed. Even though the CIA is a wacky hijinks-filled office, you kinda have to be a sociopath to do the job. Evidently, you also need a boss who dabbles in the (responsible, mind you) use of cocaine; picture Patrick Stewart in such a role and you can see why I love this show.
It's also top-shelf Roger, settling a hot pretzel dispute with some poor schmoe ("This isn't over, Watley!"), and it's a scream. Not to mention dispensing questionable advice as Dr. Penguin.
I've gotta admit, I like the CIA episodes; the comedic value is terrific. The workplace humor blends in very nicely.
