Ironic short-story view about Society and Authority in relation with Citizen. The unlucky, stutterer man Mr Zbigniew (Alexandru Bindea) falls into a manhole after some "unidentified persons" steal the cap. The authorities are looking more than a week for "procedures" to extract the man, whom is belly-blocked in the hole with the hands in the pockets, while he doesn't say anything because of his speaking handicap, being afraid of mockery. First Romanian 3D. Good plot and dialogs (most of the lines told by "The Storyteller" - Mihai Gruia Sandu), fantasy-retro world, but the use of the 3D technology isn't spectacular, as you don't miss anything seeing it 2D.
