- A teen girl is stricken by tuberculosis and coughs blood throughout the film.
- An injured, bloodied bird is thrown into a girl's locker by a bully. The girl later tosses its dead body into the bully's food.
- A girl attacks another girl and chokes her; she is thrown to the ground by a classmate and begins to writhe and foam. (She recovers)
- A girl violently chokes by an unknown force; she falls to the ground and her body contorts. Her eyes roll back and blood seeps from her ears.
- A girl shatters a glass oxygen mask and steps on the shards, bloodying her feet.
- A girl smashes a vase, badly slicing her hands. She suddenly experiences chest pain and falls to the floor writhing. A frightened classmate pushes a desk against her to contain her.
- A girl jumps from the top of a tree. We see her bloodied body on the ground. She twitches slightly. We see her later with a bandaged, graphically broken leg.
- A man grabs a teen girl and chokes her, her classmate fights him off. As they run away, the man shoots one of them in the back twice, blood sprays. (She survives)
- A girl smashes a glass cabinet and bloodies her fists. She then lifts another girl off the ground by the neck and chokes her into unconsciousness.
- A girl is chained inside a glass box as water pours in. She drowns.
- A man is shot in the ear, blood sprays.
- A girl with superhuman strength is shot in the shoulder. She throws a shard of glass into a man's neck, we see the bloody wound. She lifts up a man by his neck and throws him against the wall. She throws a woman against the wall, bloodying her. Her ears begin to drip blood. The woman shoots her in the abdomen, the wound bleeds profusely. She then impales the woman on a hook.
