Fun, Scary, but Poorly Envisioned

This is a good short, horror movie that has a good monster, some good acting and a simple theme: consequences. I like that. I enjoy short horror movies that take the time to build a story with dialogue and characters. This movie has both.

The problem with this movie is the post production. The editing and music destroy an otherwise good product. The music is so bad and inappropriate I have a hard time imagining that someone didn't say to the director that the music is terrible. The same goes for the editing. The shot design wasn't great, but the final product is hard to follow.

a good horror

A house. Three thieves. A chest and precious coins and jewels . A dark entity as master of house and its owner. And the fight of the three guys to remain alive versus the treasor. A well crafted short horror, using old German crumbs of myths in fair manner. Not just scary but precise in the build of a mix of repulsion, thrill and moral significances of the gestures of the thieves . Admirable cinematography, too.
